Equality, diversity and inclusion strategy 2024–2025

Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are central to everything we do, both as a regulator and as a responsible employer. Our long term aim is for our EDI vision and approach to be incorporated into our corporate strategy to ensure that EDI is embedded within our broader strategic objectives. Our EDI strategy for 2024 to 2025 builds upon our 2021–2023 EDI strategy and paves the way for a new approach in 2026.
