Ashley is the associate director of Byrnes Dental Laboratory, a leader in modern dental technology. The lab is also part of Corus, a European leading group of digital dental laboratories across nine countries.  Ashley qualified with a degree in Dental Technology in 2000 and started his own lab with his Dad in 2006.  As early pioneers in the world of scanning and CAD-CAM, the lab has gone from strength to strength and is considered a pioneer leading digital dental lab.  Ashley lectures on digital dentistry, and building a highly motivated team, and has spoken in countries as far as the USA, India and South Africa. He is an ITI Fellow and a Fellow of the College of Restorative Dentistry.  In his spare time Ashley is a keen cook and has a smallholding for chickens and goats.
