Understanding early career dental professionals’ experiences and perceptions of the GDC

A survey for early career dental professionals has been launched today by SQW as part of a research project commissioned by us.

The aim of the research is to understand early career dental professionals’ experiences, including their perceptions of, and attitudes towards, the GDC – namely those who have joined the register to practice dentistry in the UK since 1 May 2018.

We will be inviting early career dental professionals on our register to take part in the survey which will close on 30 July 2023.

The research project will conclude in the Autumn after which we will publish the findings on our website.

The findings will inform our ongoing and future activities with (and for) early career professionals, to help meet our regulatory objectives.
