Terry Babbs

Terry currently holds a number of other Non-Executive Director positions. He is Chair of HMRC's Valuation Office Agency-the public sector's property valuation expert providing property valuations that support taxation and benefits. He is also Chair of Impact Ltd- a global business consultancy specialising in ethical trade and human rights. Terry is Chair of the Investment Committee of Oxfam's Enterprise Development Programme-which through grants, loans and technical assistance build's sustainable businesses in the developing world helping people to work their way out of poverty. Previously, Terry has been a Board member of the Legal Services Board, a Commissioner of the Gambling Commission and has held Non-Executive/ Chair positions with a number of international organisations.
