Future dental team: their expectations, development and career

Roz McMullan BDS FDS Dip Orth RCSE FICD, was a member of the Expert Reference Group for our rapid evidence assessment of mental health and wellbeing in dentistry, published in June, and part of the independent collaboration who developed the resource; Wellbeing Support for the Dental Team.

Roz is currently the Chair of the Probing Stress in Dentistry, Northern Ireland, and Co-Chair of the Mental Health in Dentistry Working Group, and was the President of the British Dental Association 2019/20.
