Matt is a forth year Specialty Registrar in Public Health in Wales and an Honorary Lecturer in Dental Public Health for the University of Lancashire. He started specialty training in 2022 following a 25 year career as a general dental practitioner.  

Matt undertook the UK’s first health needs assessment into residents of approved premises, and since then has been working towards equity of access to health services for those in contact with the criminal justice system.
