Stephen Kinnock was appointed Minister of State for Care at the Department of Health and Social Care in July 2024. He has been the MP for Aberafan Maesteg since 2015. As Minister of State for Care he is responsible for adult social care, primary care, community health, neighbourhood health and palliative and end of life care.
