Matthew Waterworth

Matthew Waterworth is a solicitor with over 20 years’ post-qualification experience gained in various public and quasi-public bodies. He has worked as the professional legal lead in areas including fitness to practise, information law, education law and employment law. He also has extensive litigation and judicial review experience. Since 2018 he has worked in-house with professional regulators, firstly as a legal clerk at the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal and, from 2023, with the GDC’s in-house legal advice service.
