Jane Slatter

Jane has had a varied Executive career across the commercial and public sectors, going from permanent into interim roles before developing a mixed portfolio of Human Resources consultancy, coaching and Non-Executive roles.

Jane spent seven years as a board member at Central London Community NHS Healthcare Trust and during this time acted as Chair of the People, Quality and Remuneration Committees. Jane also chaired the Strategic Quality Committee for the North West London Collaborative of NHS Trusts. Jane acted as the Chair of the Independent Appointments Board for the Nursing and Midwifery Council between 2018 and 2024.  Jane was also Vice-Chair and Remuneration and Resources Chair at Radian Housing Group from 2010-2013 and served as Trustee of the Slough and Berkshire branch of Age Concern.

In her early career, Jane worked in a variety of sectors as a HR professional, including at HR Director level at Bull Information Systems and Centrica Plc from 1997-2006.
