Elizabeth Butler

Elizabeth is a practising Chartered Accountant who has held a wide variety of non-executive appointments, bringing both professional expertise and a depth of understanding of risk and governance.

She is currently a Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee at the Royal British Legion, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board, and a Non-Executive Director at Cora Healthcare Ltd. She has held many other non-executive roles, including on the Audit Committees of the Royal College of Nursing, the Electoral Commission and the General Medical Council.

Prior to this, Elizabeth had a varied career in both the public and private sector including as the Group Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse before becoming self-employed as an accountant and consultant, specialising in business start-ups.
