Dr Biju Ramachandran is an experienced general dental practitioner with over 29 years of clinical experience across India, Oman, and the United Kingdom, where he has practised since 2007. 

Since qualifying in 1997, Dr Ramachandran has combined clinical practice with a strong commitment to education, leadership, service and lifelong learning. He has undertaken advanced/postgraduate training in Implant Dentistry (MSc, URJC, Madrid; Dip Imp Dent, RCS Edinburgh), Coaching (Diploma, Cambridge), Mentoring (PGCert, FGDP), and Creative Writing (MA, Kent), reflecting his multidisciplinary approach to professional development and patient care. He is currently doing an MA in Dental Law and Ethics. 

Dr Ramachandran is the Immediate Past President and Honorary Secretary of the Indian Dental Association UK (IDA-UK). Alongside his clinical work, Dr Ramachandran has been a member of Dental Mentors UK (DMUK) and actively involved in mentoring and supporting dental professionals.  

Dr Ramachandran is the founder of the Sree Ramachandra Educational and Charitable Trust in Kerala, India, which provides free daycare services for the elderly and educational initiatives for children. He is also a published author of a novel and a collection of poems.
