The GDC’s ‘Standards for the Dental Team’ was published on 30 September 2013, replacing the previous standards document ‘Standards for dental professionals’. A printed copy of the new standards was sent to every dental professional registered with the GDC it was published.
The GDC commissioned research to understand the awareness and usage of the standards. A report with the findings from the research as well as the data tables are available here
