Phil Loughnane

Phil qualified from Manchester Dental School in 1993. After working as an associate in several general dental practices and as a prison dentist, he became the principle of 2 practices in Gloucestershire. Phil is the Training Programme Director for Foundation Training in Bristol and works as an associate in Wotton-under-Edge.
