Louise Gilbert

Louise began work as a dental nurse in 1997 and was employed in NHS practices for five years. She gained her National Certificate in 2000 and then qualified as a dental hygienist from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2004. Following qualification Louise has worked in private practice as a dental hygienist. She has also spent a year in 2015/2016 working as a member of the Mouth Care Matters team at East Surrey Hospital, training hospital staff with the aim of improving the oral health of hospitalised patients. Louise has also studied with the Open University and completed a BA Hons Humanities with Literature in 2013.
