Andrea Hammond

Andrea has worked in dentistry since 1996, qualifying first as a dental nurse in 1998, and currently works at two practices in East Anglia on a regular basis. She attended the Eastman dental hospital between September 1998 and December 2000 and was awarded a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and also a Diploma in Dental Therapy, the latter from the Royal College of Surgeons. Andrea joined the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists and has been an active member of the Eastern region, taking on the role of treasurer for a year in 2009. She has also been the regional council representative  for this group since 2016. She works as a professional educator for Waterpik. Andrea was sworn in as a Magistrate for the Suffolk bench in October 2017 and is a parent governor at her childrens' primary school.
