Public Attitudes to Tooth Whitening Regulation

Wel commissioned an independent survey of patients and members of the public in the UK on their attitudes to teeth whitening and patient safety. The research followed complaints received by the GDC from the public and dental professionals about tooth whitening which focus on the risk to patient safety from poor quality tooth whitening being carried out by untrained or poorly trained staff.
