How to apply for the ORE
Please download the application pack and complete the application form. You can submit your application at any time of year.
Please read the 'Application form guidance' and make sure that you submit the correct documents. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
What happens next
When we receive your application, we will:
- send you an acknowledgement by email within five working days;
- check all your documents;
- contact your referees;
- contact you if there is a problem with your application;
- put you on the waiting list once everything is approved.
You will be invited to your first exam when you reach the top of the waiting list. Invitations are emailed eight to 12 weeks before the date of the exam. You will be asked to pay for the exam when you accept your invitation.
