We will endeavour to respond in full to every email within five working days; if this is not possible we will acknowledge your email within five working days and send a full response within ten working days.
Visiting the exams team
Please telephone or email to make an appointment. Please note that exams officers are unable to discuss results or examiners' decisions.
How to provide feedback
We welcome all feeback. However, this must be provided by the candidate affected; we will not usually correspond with third-parties. You can provide feedback in writing using the feedback form (Word, 553Kb).
If you wish to submit feedback anonymously, please print a copy of the feedback form, complete it and post to the exams team to:

Oral feedback can be given by telephoning the exams team. These calls will be transcribed onto the feedback form and verified with the candidate by email.
You must make your complaint within 28 days of sitting the exam.

The GDC does not accept applications for appeal against ORE results.
