Private patient complaints
 

The Council has set up the Dental Complaints Service to resolve complaints about private dental treatment as speedily and informally as possible. It is intended that this new service will help resolve complaints which are not about serious patient safety issues.  Those complaints which raise patient safety issues will continue to be dealt with by our formal conduct procedures. 

We have set up offices for the Dental Complaints Service in Croydon the address is The Lansdowne Building, 2 Lansdowne Road, Croydon CR9 2ER
