The General Dental Council (GDC) has set up a complaints resolution service that is separate from its Fitness to Practise (FTP) process. This service is called the Dental Complaints Service (DCS) and its main aim is to resolve complaints about private dental treatment.
This document helps to identify which organisation is best placed to resolve a particular issue.
