Principles of complaints handling is the fifth in the GDC’s Standards for dental professionals series. It is part of every dental professional’s responsibility to deal properly and professionally with complaints. The guidance provides a checklist for dental professionals so that they can make sure they handle complaints in line with the principles set out in Standards for dental professionals.
