This guidance relates to preliminary meetings held by practice committee members to discuss a particular case prior to a practice committee hearing. The purpose of the meeting is to enable discussion around procedures and evidence.
This guidance is principally for members of a practice committee. However, registrants, informants, defence and consumer agencies, and members of the public may also find it helpful.
