Annual report and accounts 2009

Our annual report for 2009 was laid before Parliament on 27 July 2010.

It includes a report on our performance for 2009; lists our Council Members, their fees and meeting attendance; and states our accounts for that year.

The accounts include a breakdown of income and expenditure by regulatory function (i.e. what we spend on each area of work), overall income and expenditure, the balance sheet and cash flow statement, as well as reports from our independent auditors and the Comptroller and Auditor General.

• Hearings: what were the results of our conduct cases?
