In the summer 2006 issue of our newsletter, the GDC Gazette, we reported the case of dentist David Lewin (registration number: 66674) who appeared before the GDC’s Professional Conduct Committee in February 2006 and was suspended from the Dentists Register for three months.

We would like to clarify that this dentist is not dentist David Alexander Lewin (registration number: 33903) of Colchester, who is the subject of a recently published book entitled “Bite to Byte”.
