The GDC welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Commission’s consultation on health services in the European Union. The consultation offers an opportunity to address a number of issues toward ensuring patient safety within the EU.  We also refer to the response by the Alliance of Healthcare Regulators on Europe (AURE) of which we are a member.
