We look carefully at all information we receive and allegations requiring immediate action are prioritised.
Where we can help, you will receive an acknowledgement of your correspondence with the name and contact details of your caseworker. Where we are unable to help, we will inform you of this and may identify other organisations who can be of assistance.
Due to the high volume of complaints we are currently processing, you may experience a delay.
If you are unsure how to proceed with your concerns or have any questions regarding the fitness to practise procedures, please call our customer enquiry team on 0845 222 4141 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
