We are currently in the process of reviewing the Scope of Practice guidance document. One of the ways that we have been doing this was through an open call for your ideas and views. These early comments are important because they help to make sure that we focus our work on the right areas.

How to respond:

Please note that the questionnaire on the current version of the guidance is now closed. The Scope of Practice Working Group proposed their amendments for consultation to the Council at its 8 December 2011 meeting. Council decided that ‘Scope of Practice’ should be considered alongside other policy issues and the work will be handed over to the Council’s Policy Advisory Committee to progress it.
