Registering with the GDC

If you wish to register with us, please check your qualification is listed below. If this is the case, you can then apply for registration. If you hold an older qualification not listed below, please contact the Customer Advice and Information Team.
 
If you have qualified outside the UK, please follow your route to registration.

Inspection reports

Underneath the details for each school are links to the most recent GDC inspection reports for each programme. Please note that the first report for a programme will not be published until the year the first cohort graduates. At the end of each report are observations received from the school on the contents of the report and any requirements and recommendations made by the GDC. * This programme has been provisionally accepted by the GDC Registrar. Full acceptance of a sufficiciency decision is not made for new programmes until the first cohort has completed its studies and examinations or assessments and the programme has been inspected by the GDC and the recommendations of the inspectors have been considered by the Registrar.  Please contact the provider for further information about the programme.
 
** The sufficiency of this programme has been accepted by the GDC Registrar for the students graduating in 2011 and 2012 only.
 
***With Registrar agreement, the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK) at the Royal College of Surgeons of England developed an accredited UK award for UK holders of qualifications from George Brown College, Canada. Please note that that the Royal College of Surgeons of England is no longer accepting admissions to this programme.
