Amolak Singh is a legally and medico-legally qualified general dental practitioner who has been in partnership with his wife since 1961.
He was a member of the General Dental Services Committee 1991 – 2002; Employment Tribunals 1991 – 2004; Past President of Anglo Asian Odontological Group; served on GDC 1991 – 2003. He has served on the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel since 1996 and is a Local Dental Committee member for Croydon, Bexley and Greenwich.
He has a special interest in “consent issues” and was a past Chairman of Managerial and Professional Staffs Association and Secretary and Chief Executive of the General Dental Practitioners Association 1991 – 2004.
Amolak is a great believer in fair play, natural justice and equal opportunities. He was awarded the MBE for his services to dentistry in 2003.
