Paul Cook is the Postgraduate Dental Dean for Yorkshire. He qualified as a dentist in 1977 from Leeds dental school and worked in NHS general dental practice for six years before deciding to specialise. After a year as a senior house officer in oral surgery, Paul undertook NHS and university training posts in orthodontics before taking up a Consultant Orthodontist post in Leeds, where he works today.
Paul is a past Chairman of the British Orthodontic Conference Committee and the Specialist Advisory Committee in Orthodontics. His chief areas of specialist interests are specialist registration and postgraduate training in orthodontics.
