Gordon Miles is the Director of Resources & Planning at the General Dental Council (GDC). He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has worked in a number of policy, strategy development and customer relations roles in the public and private sectors. He set up and led the GDC’s Dental Complaints Service and in the autumn of 2006 took up his present post.
