Malcolm Bruce
Malcolm Bruce qualified as a dentist from Birmingham Dental School in 1980 then worked as an associate in Plymouth before opening a practice in South Brent, Devon, in 1983. This is where he works today although the practice has grown and relocated to a Victorian railway building.
In 1991 he was appointed as a vocational trainer and in 1997 became vocational training adviser in general dental practice for the Bristol scheme.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Claire, who is a student at the Peninsular Medical School, and their two children Charlotte and Richard. He plays tennis, enjoys kayaking and is currently manager of Richard's football team.
