Kevin Moore
Kevin Moore is a Barrister and Member of the Institute of Management. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Professional Management and Training. Kevin worked in the Court Service for 20 years, most recently holding the dual position of Justices' Chief Executive and Justices' Clerk in the London Borough of Redbridge.
Kevin managed his Court to become the first magistrates court in London to appoint a Court Drug Worker and Community Psychiatric Nurse to report on drug and psychiatric related offenders respectively.
He has lectured on the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and the Human Rights Act to legal practitioners and the Lay Bench. Due to re-organisation in June 2003, he left the Court Service for ventures new and different.
Kevin has been an Immigration Adjudicator (part-time) since 2001 and continues in that role. He is also a Deputy Secretary to two north-east London Advisory Committees appointing the Lay Bench. Subsequent to the Nolan Enquiry he is a Lay Member and Chairman of a north-east London Standards Committee.
