We have agreed an Interim Memorandum of Understanding (Word, 62.5k) with the members of the Joint Committee for Specialist Training in Dentistry.

The Specialist Dental Education Board is responsible for advising the Council’s Education Committee on the implementation of the Specialist Review Group’s recommendations (Word, 118k) and on wider issues relating to the training and listing of dental specialties. 

The chair of the Board is Professor Kevin O’Brien.  The Council has nominated Council Members Paul Cook and Peter Catchpole as its representatives on the Board.
